Does anyone else see this happen every so often from the terminal they
typically do casting from?
PID USER PRI NI SIZE RSS SHARE STAT %CPU %MEM TIME COMMAND
417 robin 9 0 407M 393M 1424 S 0.0 62.3 0:04 bash
I don't -know- that it's sorcery related, it's only the second time that
I have seen it (except when I do things like symlink ~/.profile to
~/.bashrc and have .bashrc source .profile...), but it -might- be
suggestive of a memory leak somewhere (can scripts cause the shell they
come from to take lots of RAM?).
I'll leave it there for a little while, it's not growing, and I still
have 100Mb free RAM or so, so it's not critical, in the hope that
someone can tell me that it is possible to find what is making bash take
excessive RAM.
