How about we bring back 'apprentice' as a command... which will aid
in spell writers & SA's ? Contains those misc scripts etc.

Though I think 'rebuild_packages' is an excemption to apprentice, and
should be in sorcery most likely... Or maybe cast? Not sure.

But I do like the idea of taking the useful scripts from the utilities
section and including them in the sorcery suite in some fashion.
