There is (as far as I can tell) quite enough for the grimoire/spell
managers to do without adding this extra burden.

You are asking for a group of people to test, debug and discuss the
changes in the grimoire.

This is exactly what the devel grimoire is for.

We do not have a hired staff of people to do this.

It is important that we try to keep the people that are dedicated to
maintaining sourcemage.
Let the core people do their stuff, and let us devel users do our bit by
reporting any problems!
