I agree, I mis-read Bernardo's 'grimoire team bugzilla' and missed the
bugzilla word. (see below), I also didn't follow up on his next
statements either :( That road of using bugzilla was not my intention.

I think the spell-submit is a good and consistant place for new spells.
Also I am willing in the short term to manage a a wiki list for it with
the goal in the furture to incorporate any submitted spells as a part of
the grimoire/codex. This way we have documentation for all submitted
spells that have not made it to the devel grimoire/codex yet.
