Did you do 'cast -r -c qt-x11' with gcc 3.2 before trying any KDE spells?
That looks like it might be the problem; also, it looks like it's having
problems with arts, try casting that after qt-x11 and before kdelibs as
well. If you've already done this, then I'm not quite sure what the
problem is (I have it with my KDE as well, but haven't had time to try and
fix it).
