    lxqt/lxqt-panel: make the mount plugin optional, it needs KF6 Solid
    
    The mount plugin is on by default and its CMakeLists.txt requires
    KF6Solid, which isn't a dependency, so a clean build stopped at
    configure. Ask for solid as an optional dependency driving
    MOUNT_PLUGIN, like the sensors and volume options.
