    lxqt/lxqt-panel: depend on libxtst, the tray plugin needs it
    
    The tray plugin is on by default and its CMakeLists.txt requires
    the xtst pkg-config module, which isn't a dependency, so a clean
    build stopped at configure with "No package 'xtst' found".
