    KDE_FUNCTIONS: only run update-desktop-database when it is installed
    
    On a clean system lxqt-menu-data creates /usr/share/desktop-directories,
    but nothing pulls in desktop-file-utils. default_final then fails with
    "update-desktop-database: command not found", sorcery marks the spell
    as failed in FINAL (seen with kde-plasma/layer-shell-qt), and anything
    depending on it is skipped.
