I´m in, as long as I´m not cluttering.
A few related ideas off the top
- Keep less drought tolerant trees below/around water bodies (natural or artificial)
- Add extra charged biochar including biota at all layers of the tree hole and using extra layers of cardboard on the mulch side. PLant a cactii based ground cover for enhanced buffer temperature and moisturize during the night.
Cheers

In order to allow less drought intolerant trees to thrive here in Western
Nevada, I'm putting out black plastic covered with gravel and rocks over an

When I raised this issue months ago a number of people replied
positively.
I would appreciate it if they would reply again to make it easier my
gathering addresses of those interested. .

It is not for endless lurking, never posting or replying.
I need a show of hands from subscribers who want to remain in the list.
Post a reply to this message saying that you want to stay onboard and
I will add your email ID to those who will remain subscribed.
Those I have known here over the years and those who have posted in
the past year or so will be automatically included,
Other list owners I have known have done this and managed to keep
their forums alive and active. I intend to do this here.
The message archives and the list mirror will remain accessable and
searchable by the public...
One week ought to be enough time to get this sorted out.
