This looks very promising. Thanks for posting and good luck with your work.
GIS mapping for permaculture sites and ones with market farming ventures
and intentional community sites would be very beneficial for long term
planning.
I envisioned GIS for a market farm or market gardens that would track
production in specific beds, season to season, year to year for crop
rotation planning, output, experimenting with companion cropping and
intercropping schemes and also orchard and small fruit production and
alleycropping. This would enable a grower to fine tune his operation for
maximum output and overall health and longevity of his site.
