It is not being your client's counsellor to make an effort to cultivate in
them an attitude about preserving and enhancing the permaculture systems
you design and install for them, to take it on as their own, as if they
themselves devised it, a sense of ownership and responsibility to
understand it and maintain it in a pristine natural state. That's passing
on to them awareness of Zone 00
as a creative tool to use as they become more involved with their
permaculture site. You are telling them to use the full power of their
minds to become the best stewards possible of the permaculture design you,
and/or they implemented on their site. This goes beyond telling them to be
sure and water and pull weeds from the perennial beds.

Sure it is. They need to cultivate the mindset of the ultimate permaculture
land steward and take pride in that while passing the word on to others to
build local communities as often as possible.
They need to become confident that they can realize their potential as
permaculture designers though their work is confined to their own site but
with a profound effect on adjoining sites.
This Zone 00 mindset involves meditation, observation, synthesis,
documentation and analysis, design and implementation.
