I'm just wondering what the distrust for PRI stems from. What is the story that has led to your comments, Lawrence, Jason, and Scott?
I have always had very much respect for Geoff Lawton and his work. I don't like the recent online PDC program, but other than that, I've found his videos to be incredibly instructive, design-process-oriented, and have made an impact on hundreds of thousands or millions or minds. Of the media that have reached so many people, I'm not sure how much of it was officially released by PRI vs. third-parties.
Sincerely trying to learn,
Chris Carnevale

There is always a regular flow of productive posts to this forum; you need
to look for them.
Why spend so much time being ostensibly jealous of others' successes,I doubt anyone is jealous of the "successes" of PRI, Permies or
even if they don't fit into your box of acceptability?
Vladebacle..
One thing we all know is that resilience is accomplished with diversity-Well said.
and permaculture has an abundance of diversity, of opinions, tactics, etc.
In the end it is all directed at the same goal- regenerative and sensible
design (while there may be many hidden agendas based on scarcity or ego,
just read between the lines to get the good stuff). Furthermore our
"network" is full of edge dwellers and, for lack of a better word, freaks.
Accept it as part of the beauty of the movement.
There is an old adage- "when you point the finger at me, there are 4 more
pointing back at you."
