Announcing the Return of American Small Farm Magazine

American Small Farm, a nationally published farm magazine founded in
1992 by Magnet Communications and purchased in 2000 by Andy Stevens and
Marti Smith has been acquired by Back 40 Group, Incorporated of
Hartshorn, Missouri and will expand from 10 issues to 11 per year and

The name of the publication is also broadening to American Small Farm &

publication.[/b]

Focus of the Magazine:

"American Small Farm & Country Life is a general-circulation digital
magazine, directed to hobby and small farmers and those simply living
(or wishing to live) in the country. We serve the needs of Organic and
Market Farmers selling high-end products to restaurants & at farmer's
markets. We also have readers who are hobby farmers and homesteaders,
and those living in rural areas near larger, suburban areas. They raise
traditional livestock like cows, horses, goats, pigs and chickens,
alternative livestock and fruits & vegetables. The magazine caters to
the on-farm aspects of rural living as told by knowledgeable experts and
stories written by our readers. This base of readers is growing younger,
more affluent and live and produce in the only expanding area of
agriculture world-wide."

A demo of the publication can be viewed on-line at

magazine in America to be exclusively a web-based publication and will
