Very sad to hear about this scenario.

Perhaps an opportunity to develop some Keyline Design systems for fire
protection in the future??

possible connections? circle ranch http://circleranchtx.com/?
Texas NRCS in the same district?

or flywire house as part of a design and development strategy?

any designers in the area who might be able to help these people?
Austin PC guild, rhizome collective?

just some thoughts
