Hola Gil,

Good to hear from you. You might still remember my name from about 3 years
back, when I bought your booklet on cultivating beneficial indigenous
microorganisms for soil improvement.

Thanks for expressing our interest. You have some good experience, but can
you tell me how much experience you have got growing vegetables in cold
temperate climates?

Also, I assume you have seen at the website (www.ranquilco.com), and I
encourage you to take a really good look through it to get a sense for the
people and the place. You should be aware that the estancia is in a very
remote and rugged location, far from stores, phones, and internet
connection. While there are good amenities at the estancia, the lifestyle
out there can be challenging. Because it is a big commitment, and a long
way to go, the owners like to make sure people know what they would be
getting into. At the same time, it is an amazing place and provides a very
unique opportunity to experience the culture and landscape of the
Patagonian Andes.

I will forward your email onto the owners for their consideration. In the
mean time, please let me know if you have any more questions.

Regards,
