Some of the biodynamic crowd seem attracted to this; that's where I found out about it.
Just get out the hand tools, seeds, mulch, compost and natural mineral fertilizer soil amendments if you have any. Go out to the field or garden and get to work (its called hand labor), hope for adequate sunlight and rainfall. Grow the crops, harvest, eat well, sell some if you have any extra.
