Might I suggest that you check out the following books in which one: the
late great P.A. Yeomans' last book: The City Forest

with the 3rd point and Rainwater
Harvesting<http://www.harvestingrainwater.com/>(by Tuscon's Brad
Lancaster's) books with regards the other points.
