Well, the amazing news is that it isn't even 48 hours old and it has
853 subscribers.

Once you have a reddit account, you click on "submit a link". Paste
in the link and give a title. That's it.

If you post something that people don't like, they will downvote it
and it will disappear. If you post something people like, they will
upvote it and it will get moved to the top where it can be seen by
even more people. So there really doesn't need to be any policies.

I do know that it can sometimes be a challenge to get past the spam
filter. So far there have been 62 submissions to this reddit and
about eight have ended up in the spam (zero should have) so it
requires me to check the spam box periodically.
