Cory,

Growing Power has a great network of teaching and working farms, including
systems that integrate urban aquaponics systems. See more at
http://www.growingpower.org/aquaponics.htm ... for the SE, the closest
Growing Power regional center is probably at Ft. Valley State in Georgia ...
