I just saw Tapped today, a documentary about bottled water. Highly
recommended. You'll never drink another bottle of water again. Crazy
how much people will pay for a product that is often tap water.

Also in developing nations (India for example) corporations are coopting potable water aquifers, bottling the water and selling it back to local citizens in lieu of municipalities providing clean water for their residents - must be some underthetable dealings going on. Maybe cocacola and other softbeverage manufacturers are implicated in those sleazy ventures. If they are making soft drinks with this water then possibly more waste of the non renewable natural resource, phosphate ore, is also
involved.
