Lisa (and others),
What I'm hoping to find is pictures from zones 1 and 2 that will make the readers think, "If permaculture looks that good, then I want to do it in my yard." Photos that show what an attractive space designed using Pc looks like. So shots of perennial and tree crop gardens that have flowers, fruits, or other attractive plants in them, social spaces (benches, patios) that are integrated with food or habitat, nice looking water catchment, that sort of thing. I'm focusing on quarter-acre yards or less, but even if your place is bigger, photos from the more intensive inner zones would be fine. Does that help?
Thanks,
Toby

Toby, Are you looking for any particular photo subjects? I have been taking lots of pics in the five years since I got here....Lisa, in the Mo Ozarks

The revised and expanded edition of Gaia's Garden is just about to go
into the final design phase, and I'm making one last request for
publication quality photos of permaculture sites and good quality plan
drawings of same. They need to be from North American sites (apologies
to everyone else!), and I would prefer pictures of home-scale (1/4 acre
or less, particularly urban) sites.
I'm having a very difficult time coming up with actual plan drawings of
sites. Are there really so few designers out there who create good
quality plans of the sites they are working on? If you know of any
designers who have well-drafted plans for their designs, please let me
know, as I've received many requests from readers who would like to see
plans of sites with plant lists, etc, so they can get an idea of what
permaculture designs look like. It would be a great way to promote your
design business, too.
I can probably pry a modest payment from the publisher for photos and
drawings that are included in the book.
Thanks for your help,
Toby
