There is a thread on Tomatoville with response from some of the interested
parties. Personally, I think Kent needs some expert legal advice to regain his
position and to make sure the Exchange does not change its status as a non
profit and keeps promises that were made to the people who made large
donations to fund his work there.
If this is related to his divorce and inability to work together, wouldn't
that have been worked out in the divorce court instead of 3 years later?
It is very disturbing. Kent Whealy needs some outside help here. His
advisors are staying with the new program for unstated reason.
His letter is very specific about events that occured. Their responses are
less informative.
