Haiti provides and example of what can happen with uncontrolled
population
growth and unsustainable agricultural practices. They just use wood to
cook
with, not to keep warm, yet they've deforested their part of the island.
It's a sad story, but it shows what can happen when people do not
understand
how to live in balance with nature.
