In my humble experience, it takes years to get to that concern. Try it! The world nmeeds more community.

Thinking about it is one thing, actually doing it is another.

Yes, this was the crux of the article. It didn't promise to give us the
answers, it was a statement on the importance of addressing
interpersonal dynamics if you want the community you build to be
sustainable.
