I am not sure what scale you are working at, but I useDynascape for
residential landscape design. It is a CAD program geared towardsthose in the
landscape design profession. It is easy to learn and providesbeautiful
drawing at a fraction of the time it take to do by hand. Makingchanges is
simple too. This works great for residential design and my clientsalways
love them, but if you are working over large scale acreage then it mightnot
work as well. Dynascape also comes with a “Quote” program
thatwill take the information from your drawing such as plants,
hardscapematerials, etc. and give you a quote of what it is going to cost for
you to doas well as for the client. The downside is the cost of the program
as it isnot cheap.
