Thanks, Scott for sharing your experience. The buckwheat sounds like a good
innovation...I have ordered the twelve varieties from Southern Exposure Seeds
of Change for this year, and I want to taste them ALL! That would be great if
BM is working on a potato book- it has to be my favorite food to dig up- you
never know what you'll find.....could be a huge spud, or a disappointing
smelly seed potato that never got going, but I am hoping for the former this
year. How long can you store potatoes for in a root cellar?(It gets pretty
humid in VA and I was wondering if we should consider building/using one).
See you in spudville!
