Finance & Office Administrator

Sustainable Harvest International seeks a new full time staff member to coordinate the work of its US-based staff, and generally manage office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization?s human resources, office management, bookkeeping and accounting, as well as implementation of SHI's strategic plan by working closely with other members of the staff, Board members and volunteers on budgets, plans and reports.

The person must be highly organized, able to work on many projects at the same time, adhere to deadlines and work well with others. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently required. Applicants should have work experience in nonprofit accounting and staff management, as well as being comfortable with Microsoft Office programs (Word & Excel), email and QuickBooks. Commitment to SHI?s mission and philosophy is a must.
