- Subject: [permaculture] Bamboo - goats?
- Date: Mon, 22 Nov 2004 17:32:49 -0600
Do any of you have bamboo and goats? I'm wondering about planting bamboo
along my fenceline where I keep dairy goats for an edible fenceline? I'm
assuming that bamboo leaves would be safe for goats to eat any that hang
over or grow through the fenceline?
I was thinking the goats on one side would help control the growth of the
bamboo at the same time it would help me with growing more of their
feed/forage onsite. Do any of you know if this will work?
