Dear Guy
I am beginning to create a similar sounding initiative in southern
Spain on a smaller scale (5 acres!). I have found 2 publications very
helpful and inspiring.
Backyard Market Gardening - Andrew W. Lee - Good Earth Publications -
isbn0-9624648-0-5
New Organic Grower - Elliot Coleman - Chelsea Green Publishing -isbn 0-
930031-75-X
Apologies if this is `teaching Grandmother to suck eggs'.
Yours Dominic Dring
