Ever read any Iain M. Banks sci-fi ? Affluent technocratic communism,
as the inevitable consequence of automated mass production and smart
machines to do all the hard work. Everyone can have their own planet
and all the giant machine tools their hearts could desire, just for
the sake of terraforming it.
