He's not exactly wrong, but he's misrepresenting a fair bit. As you
may already have seen in the 'regular' papers, W. immediately distanced
himself from the report, which was produced by a long-standing federal
agency and not 'the Bush administration' directly. Now they're all
playing spin doctor, "mending fences" as the pundits put it, and the W.
spin/bottom line appears to be something like "well, that's really what
I've been saying all along, but I'm not going to do anything about it,
so just adapt and get used to it..."

Meanwhile, for those not already aware of hypocrisy's boundlessness, W.
has a Texas getaway with catchment water with huge cistern, passive
solar design, ground-loop heat exchanger, graywater system, etc. etc.
A Google search on

bush texas cistern solar

or similar will get a bunch of article hits...
