Just to back up Larry & most of those
reading the Afghan discussion:

Of course it's not an outlandish question!!!

If only because Afghanistan is large with a
large population, it would be a logical place
to utilize Pc. In the USA, Pc is quite
popular in the dry areas, where the
benefits of Pc are apparently more obvious.

Also, from what little I know about that
sad country, millions are not very informed
& therefore not very political & have every
reason to appreciate better ways to live, eat,
& survive.
