A minor non-pc point, Akiva:

I understood that the term Gringo came from the song the American soldiers
sang as they
marched. It had a chorus: "Green grow the rushes-O". Or is this just another
nice
story?

good info , John, thanks.

the development is for norte americanos (some consider the term "gringo"
inappropriate, as it originally referred to Greeks)...who seem to be
willing
to modify their water-use practices in alignment with optimal ecodesigns
while on vacation. Ideally, there would be enough water for as some food
forestry as well.
