Thanks Bruce...it is possible to acquire a piece of land, and one can do
one's best to develop it in a responsible manner...that's what I'm up to,
anyhow. I paid $10K cash for my acre...plenty others available that area,
from a couple K less to many K more. I'm trying to buy at least one of the
adjacent acres...
