Dear Seedsavers;
The Agricultural Research Service (USDA) National Agricultural
Library,
Beltsville, Maryland 20705-2351, has just published (Sept.’98) an
annotated bibliography “Vegetable and Fruits: A Guide to Heirloom
Varieties and Community Based Stewardship.” SRB 98-05, compiled by
Suzanne P. DeMuth (285 pages). This incredible 3 volumn bibliography is
available by writing to USDA, ARS National AgriculturaL Library and
sending a self-addressed return mailing label. The three volumns list
summaries of books, articles, videos, internet sites, resource
organizations, historical bibliographies, etc.
Here is a partial list of websites listed- feel free to copy and
widely
distribute. Happy Trails, Lee Barnes (lbarnes@primeline.com)
