There's a "should" aimed at someone else (government agencies,
"consumers," farmers, etc.) in every platform point listed.
Political talk is especially cheap...broad statements that few would
disagree with but that lack specifics and doable actions at the level they
claim to address. Classic political rhetoric, USA-style. Promise
everything, then blame others when it can't be delivered. This may be what
happened to Greens...?
