Anyone out there with experience with Australian Brush Turkeys?
Can they mate with domestic birds?
Do they migrate?
We are south of Sydney,
and the water in the creeks is all gone with the drought.
Our new duck pond seems to be providing relief for native species.
A beautiful young Turkey, dark black without a watlle,
has become friends and seems content to move in.
Information would be most welcome, thanks.
April
