Yes, and IMO is also PC-centric, no question. The 'adapted to a locale'
clinches it... :-)
I simply want to avoid shifting our focuse to *catering to* specialist
groups in specialized ways. If PC is a meta-design system, as we claim,
then a PC-centric database will implicitly support all these sorts of more
specialized folks while simultaneously educating them in various
meta-domains (such as PC design, whether they know it or not).
