specialized folks while simultaneously educating them in various
meta-domains (such as PC design, whether they know it or not).
I do support PIW being "a PC-based, PC-centric plant info database". Features specific to the needs of special groups (farmers, landscape architects, etc.) might best be added as front-end features in the user interface if that is the best way to go; otherwise they would need to exist at database-level.
