By default, Zope does run on a high port as a non-priviledged user. I use
apache as a front end using mod_rewrite and mod_proxy. Using this method
can also be used to pre-filter malicious content from getting to the Zope
instance in the first place ( Code Red, WebDAV scans, malicious payloads,
etc ).

On a side note, regarding the Bugzilla. They did mention we could run a
private instance of Bugzilla. The question is, how to get the CPAN
requirements installed ( there are quite a few ), and mysql access.
