Hi Jamie, thx for the response. While I agree that your evaluation has merit, the other 3 hives do not appear the same way. They were all started on Feb 2nd. They have all had plenty of food the whole time. I am feeding 1 to 1 sugar plus B Healthy. There are no frames with honey, or perhaps an infinitely small amount...certainly nothing capped, where the other hives have what is expected. I have seen larvae in the cells where comb is not completely drawn out. As all of the wax is new, she must be laying in comb that is not drawn out fully, clearly a miss on her part, unless she is just so bloated with eggs that she is dumping them in the most convenient location?
