Hey David,

Great pictures! They speak more than words can.

This is just burr comb, due to a little too much space between the top bars and the cover or the next box. No really a problem, but it can be annoying if the comb sticks the frames/boxes together. I usually scrape it off, put it in the freezer for a few days to kill any bug eggs, then save it up for melting down later. It can add up over the year.
