I also have grown some of John Gordon’s SSA seedlings. They were pretty good
but, alas, I’ve tired of the taste of pawpaws and rarely eat one. I know of a
number of people with similar experience.
I have not yet tasted any of Neal Peterson’s selections, which everyone raves
about. I have some grafts; they flower but never fruit because of pawpaw
peduncle borers. Do they really TASTE substantially better or different from
some of the othe named selections?
