They've already banned neonicinoids in much of Europe to no benefit to
their bee population. Now there is concern about chlorothalinal, a widely
used fungicide, but it's been in use for several decades. There's also
concern about the affects of Indar, which has been in use for a couple
decades as well. The jury is still out and won't be coming back with a
verdict any time soon, IMO.
I blame colony collapse it on the relentless expansion of organic food
production. The timing of the two events can't be just a coincidence.
