I wonder if precocity and/or resistance to the mysterious die-off might be
induced by graftingthese large fruited Russian Olives onto other Eleagnus.
Autumn olive seems to start fruiting after 3-4 years, and goumi stays quite
small. I'd love to get a hold of some scions to try it out.
