It's actually just University of California system (although Davis is
probably the biggest contributor. Cal Berkeley hasn't had much hands-on ag
happening for decades).

It's possible the pests/diseases they show are slanted towards what we
encounter in California. Other universities also have IPM pages so you
might Google to see if a university closer to you or one that shares your
climate has an IPM site for apple growers.
It might be worth contacting your county extension to see if they're
