That should be no problem as the mold in all likelihood hasn't penetrated
to the kernel.

Wash them good, you can use soapy water if you wish or brush them off good
with something like an old toothbrush. Get all the fruit flesh off. You can
make a salutation of Captain or other fungicide, rinse them with it and
place in a clean Ziplock bag with a slightly dampened paper towel and place
back
in the frig.

If you have sphagnum moss use it instead of the paper towel as the slight
acidity of the moss will retard future mold.
