Hi all,
I have been offered the fruit from a large Kieffer pear tree just for the
picking.
I have read they do not make a good fresh eating fruit. Is that true, or
just an issue of proper ripening?
How are they as a canned product, as sauce, dried, etc.?
I have experience with various types of preservation and would like to do
something with them.
Your thoughts, anyone?
