I agree about Nourse. They publish a chart ranking each of their berries for
flavor, from "fair" to "excellent". This year I don't see anything they are
offering ranked below "good", but I have seen plants listed as "fair" in the
past.

HOWEVER, flavor is somewhat subjective. I've found yellow raspberries to be
sweeter and less acidic than red raspberries, and to my palette, they are a
bit bland. Others probably prefer the less sour flavor.
