- Subject: [NAFEX] resistance to the plum curculio
- Date: Wed, 27 Jul 2011 07:57:09 -0500
Richard Wagner asked: "Are there any stone fruits with any resistance to the plum curculio?"
Someone in our group once mentioned that Curculios do not infect Beach Plum. So I bought a bunch of them and two survive Minnesota Winters. So far, no curculio problems but I still wonder if they actually are resistant or if the bugs just haven't found them yet.
